Resumes

Resume's ideally should be a maximum of four pages long and take the format, core contact details, employment history, education or certifications and finally a short personal profile (one paragraph maximum).

Resume's should normaly detail the Name of the Organisation, Dates of Employment and Place of Employment. Then, typically start with a heading, "Reason for leaving" the organisation, this can quickly fill gaps to a reader and help them understand you as a candidate.

Provide a "Position Description" of the role giving a scope of your duties and finally a heading for "Achievements" where you should list the top 3 achievements you accomplished during your tenure.
