	David Clarke   David Clarke, Director has many years of experience in the IT & Telecommunications area. David's experience in sales, marketing and channel management allows for a balanced and focused approach to the development of 2it. As a founding member in the development of the channel program for one of Australia's largest carriers David was instrumental in the strategy, development and implementation of the program. Experienced in starting and developing new businesses David has a very strong professional network of industry contacts. David is passionate about people and career development and mentoring individuals to achieve their personal and professional goals.
	Matthew Meszaros    Matthew Meszaros, Director previously held positions including Australian Sales and Marketing Director of NTT Communications of Japan, National Bid Manager of Macquarie Telecom and Management Consultant to Eastern Telecommunications of the Philippines. Matthew was consulted in liaison with the Deutsche Bank on mergers and acquisitions totalling over AU $120 million dollars and been involved in a number of start-up projects including bringing the first large scale Internet bandwidth project to Australia. He is a member of the Australian Technology Park Innovations and is actively involved in a number of technology commercialisation projects.
	Lily Nyamwasa   Lily Nyamwasa, Director of HR Strategies has extensive experience in Education and Adult Learning (majoring in Human Resource Management and Training & Development). Prior to joining 2it, Lily worked for accessUTS (a commercial arm of the University of Technology, Sydney) and Ernst & Young where her primarily focus was to monitor and increase productivity of staff. Lily’s specializes in cultural and behavioural assessment of candidates.
