The Position:

Reporting into Director level the Phannel Manager will assume the responsibility for the 360 degree view of 2 key partner accounts in the ANZ region with a focus upon selling with and through.

They will be responsible for:

  • Implementing the appropriate GTM strategies focused on UC solutions.
  • Developing and implementing the appropriate strategies and execution tactics to drive volumes / sales and promote and raise the profile of solution offerings as well as product roadmaps.
  • Within the firm, this is a cross-functional role encompassing the alignment of technical development, marketing / communications requirements, all enablement & GTM activities along with 'eco-system' alignment with other Strategic Partners.

This person will act as the key individual for the relationships in ANZ and as a key contributor and strategic consultant to senior management on matters relating to relationships with the sales and product business units. They will lead in a collaborative fashion across the firm to include ensuring the development of appropriate financial (or other) models in terms of margins and quarterly / annual metrics to keep the company focused on its objectives, and to measure success against those objectives on an ongoing basis.

The Candidate:

Candidates will be measured based on the following criteria:

  • Depth of Channel experience and the ability to 'walk the halls and / or open doors' in the partners
  • Exceptional relationships across Dimension Data and/or Fujitsu a must have
  • Have a presence and internal / external communication skills beyond business and partner development
  • The ability to build and lead a cohesive team internally, all aligned to the singular objective of joint partner success
  • Prior Channel/Alliance/Partnering experience in the ICT Environment
  • Experience within a co-sell environment with two-tier distribution focused on end user customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrated track record of successful sales campaigns
  • Experience building an ANZ GTM model through joint execution
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding targets as well as accurately forecasting account and volume activities
  • Strong knowledge of Global Culture and Practices with a solid network of contacts for best practices
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to accept other, non-related ad hoc strategic assignments from time to time
